Tooth Gems are temporary designs that are set by dental glue. These are really popular in the United Kingdom and Australia. So no one here in Austin knows about them because its a relatively new thing. There is no drilling your teeth, it is completely safe. The process is simple and painless to get your smile shining!

No, please wait about 1 hour before consuming food. If you do eat please only eat soft foods for the first 24 hours after the gem placement.

There is one risk during the procedure, the etching gel cannot touch your skin or lips. Talking or moving during that time is not recommended. Nodding or shaking your head gently is the best approach.

There is no pain whatsoever, the only thing that might be uncomfortable is the retractor in your mouth. No pain at all.

It varies on your eating habits. If you eat hard foods and don't orally take care of your teeth it could pop off easily and as little as 2 weeks. Continuing to eat soft foods will prolong the tooth gem placed on your teeth. With proper care following the aftercare  will guarantee the tooth gem placement to uphold.
